Position Title: Vice President of Marketing

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About Us: Heathy products company seeking a strategic and analytical VP of Marketing to lead our efforts in scaling the brand, managing the marketing department and driving growth.

Position Overview:

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned marketing professional who can lead a team, oversee campaigns, and drive measurable growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and CEO to align marketing initiatives with the overall business strategy.

Brand Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee messaging, positioning, and storytelling to communicate the brand's unique value.

Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, creative, and performance marketing functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct customer insights research to guide product development and positioning.

Digital & E-commerce:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and e-commerce growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the online customer journey.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on financial performance and campaign ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth ideally in a product-based company.
  • Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, CRM software, social media ad managers).
