Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer in Orlando, FL. This position will provide technical writing activities in support of the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Prepare and maintain templates for documents, briefings, and presentations.
  • Review and edit documents, briefings, and presentations to ensure they are grammatically correct and properly formatted.
  • Assist with development and execution refining standardized processes.
  • Maintain and deliver documentation in accordance with requirements and project schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of technical writing experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the skills to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capability to own deadline-conscious projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for a non-expert audience.
  • Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-conscious, results-driven environment with a dedicated sense of urgency.
