We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide systems engineering, systems integration, and project management support for the N2W Project. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and allocating requirements to system architecture components, overseeing IT requirements integration, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to establish new capabilities. Additionally, you will assess future IT capabilities and work closely with contractor and government personnel to address infrastructure-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the N2W Project by managing and resolving technical requirement issues, conducting analysis of alternatives (AoA), and developing technology roadmaps and engineering assessments.
  • Analyze and allocate requirements to system architecture components for the N2W Active IT architecture.
  • Conduct lifecycle project management analysis, participate in major reviews, evaluate hardware, software, and technology, and provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Advise the government on proposed changes to Enterprise solution designs based on requirements analysis and new technologies.
  • Coordinate with other contract/functional areas and government representatives to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
  • Assess opportunities for integrating new and emerging IT capabilities at the N2W facility and develop strategies for their integration.
  • Collaborate with IC and Enterprise initiatives to align IT capability integration efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance issued by the US Government.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in transitioning large and complex IT systems from development to operational installation and transition to Operations & Sustainment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related IT field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with IT government acquisitions and program management in the IC or DoD.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing IT governance processes, IT CONOPS, and related IT activities for establishing, delivering, supporting, and maintaining an IT solution.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing large and complex IT systems roadmaps and project plans.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience providing recommendations for business planning, business development activities, product concept development, and information technology engineering.
  • ITIL or SAFe certifications.
