The role will oversee ground-up and renovation projects, primarily in the multifamily and affordable housing sectors. The company, headquartered in Maryland, is expanding its footprint into the Boston market with two key projects in Chelsea and Salem, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong track record in urban construction and residential development. Description Lead daily on-site operations for affordable housing projects, including ground-up construction and renovations. Coordinate with subcontractors, ensure adherence to schedules, and manage site safety and quality control. Collaborate closely with project management to address challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain budgets. Oversee construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and schedules, using Procore. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts building codes and client specifications. Profile Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily, affordable housing, or similar projects. Proven track record managing projects up to $35M. Skills & Certifications: Proficient in Procore and other construction management software. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA-CSL) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Location: Must be able to work on-site in Chelsea and Salem, MA.
