As a Social Media Manager at FARM, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. You will need a deep understanding of B2B and B2C markets and be skilled in both organic social media content creation and paid advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with the client service team and report to the Senior Social Media Manager.
The Social Media Manager must demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining attention to detail with strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills. We're seeking a talented and adaptable Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to manage and implement comprehensive social media strategies for a wide range of clients, combining your expertise in organic social media and paid advertising. This position reports to the Senior Social Media Manager and is a part of the Audience Engagement Division at the agency.
Requirements - Organic Social Media Management:
- Create and execute effective organic social media strategies for clients across various platforms and industries.
- Develop engaging social content that resonates with the client's target audience and aligns with their brand voice and values. Collaborate with creative services team on copy and visual development. Pinch hit on writing post copy when needed.
- Monitor and adapt strategies to account for changes in social media algorithms and trends.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Client Service Team:
- Work closely with the client service team to understand clients' needs, objectives, and industry-specific requirements.
- Act as the social media expert and provide guidance on the development of tailored strategies for each client.
- Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Collaborate with the agency's paid media team to design and implement paid social media advertising campaigns for clients.
- Continuously optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and reach desired KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Content Management:
- Provide guidance to creative team on best practices for producing high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other media, for clients.
- Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with client goals.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, including engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and follower growth.
- Provide detailed insights to clients and internal team members, including making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with various industries and adaptable to different client needs.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to social media is a plus.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining attention to detail with strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Deep familiarity with the latest offerings from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Pinterest; as well as familiarity with YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, and the next emerging platforms.
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing and evolving trends.
- Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Social Ad Platforms.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact with co-workers, vendors and clients, communicating in person or via telephone or computer. The employee is required to sit for long periods of time, use a computer monitor, keyboard and mouse.
