Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping companies grow and individuals succeed. You will partner with client organizations to identify and deliver the right talent while providing personalized guidance to candidates on their career journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client partners to understand their talent needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Engage with candidates to uncover their personal, professional, and financial drivers, facilitating their career growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on talent strategy, workforce planning, and long-term hiring needs.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Advocate for the client’s employer brand and advise on enhancing market positioning.
• Actively source and connect with talent using a multi-channel approach, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to inform strategies, improve efficiency, and measure success.
• Adapt to changing client needs and market conditions with flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Background in retained or technical search is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ATS, CRM, and other remote engagement tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
