Job Description

As a Sr. NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design. You'll provide NetSuite support for cloud-based business management applications and consulting. This is a remote role with a growing organization in Indianapolis, IN. What you'll do Lead NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrations Support NetSuite projects including new implementations, and enhancements Identify and design creative business solutions to improve client's methodology and execution Create Workflows, Dashboards, Saved Searches, and Inventory reports Deliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, and results to stakeholders Lead client projects, including timelines, benefits, and costs Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices What's in it for you Interface with clients and provide business solutions Training and leading junior-level NetSuite consultants A company that values work-life balance and encourages technical learning You readily accept challenges and are adept at both tactical and strategic thinking You thrive in a collaborative, creative environment where you have high-growth potential Experience Needed: Typically, 5+ years of NetSuite implementation and consulting experience Led 5+ successful NetSuite Implementations Preferred construction management experience or mechanical (HVAC, Electrical, Industrial, Fire Suppression Systems) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related field Strong business acumen and experience in accounting, finance, or operations Testing NetSuite instances to validate setups, including test plan and test script input Data conversions, integrations, reporting, and NetSuite customizations What you bring: Typically, CPA or MS Finance and Accounting NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP, Consultant, Multi-book, Revenue Management Certification Excellent communication skills, a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues Problem-solving, ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs Takes ownership and responsibility for one's own work and professional career development Company Mission: Provides the world's best business management system and related services.
