DescriptionSummary:The Senor Director of Sales, The Home Depot Channel, leads The Home Depot Account in USA, with budgetary responsibility including full P&L. Strikes balance between day-to-day operations (internal and external) and strategic development initiatives to position the Company for solid, long-term growth. Develops and oversees that the sales function and sales plan are optimized to achieve maximum business results.In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To:Manage relationships with Internal and external customers.Lead the NAM responsible for the accounts under the channel.Assume ultimate responsibility for delivery of profit and volume targets.Lead the ongoing development of the sales strategy and contribute to the broader strategic development for Keter and THD.Annual Budget Process- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance and Operations.Monthly sales and account specific reporting to senior management.Support cross-functional teams to plan and execute company and customer programs (Profitability, Logistics). Provide market feedback and assist with NPD process.Inventory management - assist Demand Planning to ensure proper inventory and service level planning.Complete rigorous ROI analysis for all customer programs.Report key competitive activity and understand the retail landscape in market.Develop and implement account strategies including promotional and seasonal offerings.Responsible for tracking and maintaining retail matrix.Utilize company sales tools, equipment, and systems to provide best company capabilities and customer insights.Anticipate and plan for industry changes.Ensures all relevant tools are in place to support attainment of goals and objectives.Maintain high levels of employee engagement and a culture that encompasses Company Values. RequirementsWhat You Need To Succeed:Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience10 or more years' experience as a sales leader with a proven track record of delivering business results, with at least 7 years in direct support of The Home Depot as a customer.Relevant cross-functional experience (Finance, Trade Development, Operations, IT, HR, Project management, etc.).Strong sales background with solid understanding of company selling procedures.Strong financial capability (understands the total P&L).Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.Strong communication skills: verbal, listening and written.Managing complex customer relationships.Superior Negotiation and Influencing Skills.INDHP Keter North America
