Job Description Seasonal Cook- Dogfish Brewery - ( 210000OZ ) **Description**

**Dogfish Head** is currently hiring a Seasonal Kitchen Cook at our Tasting Room in Milton, Delaware.

**Dogfish Head** is growing and seeking a Cook to join our talented Tour team, we seek a dynamic individual who values team work, rocks a passion for the craft beer industry and knows how to be a real crowd pleaser!

**What Youll Do:**

Lovingly sling our beer-infused food offerings from the kitchen. Keep food orders flowing in an efficient, sanitary, timely and orderly manner and with consistent appearance, quality and taste. Help to control food costs and control waste through the proper labeling, storing and rotating of all food.

Above all, you demonstrate your knowledge through positive interactions with our customers. Execute recipes in order to serve consistent tasting, thoughtfully adventurous food to complement our off-centered beers and spirits. Responsible for the execution of dishes to specification, including correct cooking, seasoning, temperatures and plating of each menu item.

The successful candidates will be committed to the team, safety and sanitation 100% while being an effective communicator to champion these things . If you have what it takes to be a solid contributor to our great team, wed love to hear from you!

**What Were Looking For:**

* Were seeking individuals who have at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting!

* We seek dynamic individuals who value teamwork, rocks a passion for the craft beer industry, amazing food and off-centered great beers (and spirits)!

* You must adhere to all safety and sanitation initiatives.

* We are open seven days a week, the flexibility to have open availability, is a plus!
