About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment for our big-box retail partners. You’ll serve a key role in our direct order process, from processing customer orders through assisting with preparing containerization plans to ensuring all customs documentation is completed accurately and filed on time. Working closely under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support direct order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for shipments from overseas suppliers.
• Develop containerization plans to optimize shipping efficiency and costs.
• Prepare invoices and maintain detailed records of shipments and orders.
• Act as the liaison between the company, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
• Utilize Excel, NetSuite, and other software to track and report on order progress and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Familiarity with the import process, including working with overseas suppliers and understanding containerization programs, is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, as is experience managing imports from China or other international locations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in order fulfillment and logistics, particularly for big-box retailers.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
