Position Summary

Design, manage, and deliver set programs in concert with the Brookings Institution's, Washington University's, and Olin Business Schoolâ™s highest standards.


The QuEST Project Manager will provide support for the management of the QuEST project, working closely with the research team of approximately 5 faculty and researchers at WUSTL and several groups of international faculty, researchers, and other collaborators.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Align Center resources with mission.
  • Support Center Director in project management of QuEST and individual workstreams.
  • Track progress for all workstreams; map out timeline for deliverables and provide timely updates to Professor Kruk.
  • Liaise with grant manager regarding budgeting and spend tracking.
  • Plan and oversee meetings with national and international partners.
  • Draft QuEST progress reports.
  • Support QuEST Learn as needed and oversee the online course.
  • Provide ideas for management and operational improvement.
  • Supervise a Research Coordinator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Research

  • Lead research projects including study design, data collection, analysis, and publication.

Communications

  • Oversee QuEST project website, newsletter, and social media platforms including review, editing, and writing, assuring timely posting of publications and dissemination materials.
  • Prepare posters and presentation for events and conferences (and present, if needed).

$58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
