Order Fulfillment Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As part of thier fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.

Order Fulfillment Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
• Track all orders via delivery software
• Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
• Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service

Order Fulfillment Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
• The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Attention to detail

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
