Documentation - Complete and submit all required security reports and daily activity reports. 4. Customer Service - Greets and assists all persons interacting in the hospital in a courteous and helpful manner. 5. Controls#patient, visitor, staff, and vendor entry to the facility utilizing the appropriate#visitor and vendor software. Within 60 Days of Employment all officers must complete the IAHSS Basic Officer Certification Program. Preferred: CPR/AED Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: None Preferred: Excellent communication skills and the ability to defuse hostile situations
