Description:
-Overseeing telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution
-Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate internal employee
-Handling correspondence, appointments, and preparing documents
-Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office
-Keep track of files, documentation, and records.
-Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
-Sort paperwork, invoices, and receipts
-May perform bookkeeping and invoicing procedures
-Ensure a safe and clean work environment
-Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Qualifications:
-Must have good customer service experience
-Must have 3+ years of receptionist experince
-Must have 3+ years of general office experince
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Invoicing experience preferred
