Work statewide across AZ, from Phoenix to Prescott to Tucson. We have a Phoenix and a Prescott office to work based out of.

PIECE RATE OR HOURLY PAY

M&M Roofing is seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installing standing seam, exposed fastener, and specialty metal roofing systems . As a metal roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various metal roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace metal roofing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine roofing materials and installation methods.
• Ensure proper installation techniques, including installing underlayment, standing seam, PBR, corrugated, and detail work.
• Perform thorough inspections to identify damage, leaks, or deterioration in roofing systems.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment on job sites.
• Collaborate with foremen and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience with a focus on metal roofing systems.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques specific to metal applications.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs+) and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
