Job Description
We are seeking a TEMPORARY/CONTRACT Marketing Services Coordinator to join our Houston-Galleria office. This position is a key role in providing support to our clients and sales professionals. You will work closely with our sales professionals, developing presentations and marketing materials, managing a diverse range of key corporate transaction services, including market research, lease abstracts and site selection assistance.
This role requires heavy focus on coordination, customer-service orientation and is instrumental to the company’s marketing efforts, including brand strategy, email marketing, graphic design, print production, and more. The successful candidate will help improve Moody Rambin’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Moody Rambin’s sales professionals to develop and deliver high-profile client proposals and presentations.
Seldomly perform periodic travel within Houston for presentations and other business needs
Provide general office support, including attending weekly broker meetings and provide support for technology, marketing, and daily office matters.
Oversee and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring regular updates and effective use.
Assist in preparing real estate documents such as proposals, exclusive representation agreements, lease amendments, and listing agreements.
Gather and consolidate content, conduct market research, and curate marketing packages to support business development efforts.
Manage the company's online presence and website.
Ensure consistency in brand and product messaging by applying and creating marketing templates, as needed.
Foster a customer-centric approach in all brand marketing efforts, including brand strategy, graphic design, e-marketing, and print production.
Quarterly updates to market and submarket reports.
Coordination of major client/broker engagement events and gatherings along with specific department team events.
Maintain the CRM database and distribution lists.
Manage and maintain listings by tracking updates and producing activity reports.
Create and distribute case studies and press releases to boost media exposure and public relations.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
Develop and coordinate a variety of marketing materials and presentations essential for transactions, including creating a listing brochure, property advertising, graphics, flyers, maps, banners, print and digital ads, tour books, property signs...etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Mathematical aptitude
Self-directed and self-motivated
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload
People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized, and attentive to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to understand workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set priorities to meet deadlines
Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
Possess a passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done
Must exhibit professionalism in appearance and performance
Ability to think creatively with proven attention to detail and work quality
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Proficiency with social media and website content development
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
2+ years of marketing experience—commercial real estate, real estate, or commercial construction experience (preferred)
