Position Title: Marketing   Event Planning Specialist

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Independent Planning and Organization:

Independently plan and organize brand-related events and product promotion activities, including offline marketing events, and evaluate and report on the effectiveness of these activities.

- Annual/Quarterly Activity Planning:

Develop annual and quarterly event plans and budget plans based on brand and product promotion needs.

- Comprehensive Preparation for Offline Events:

Oversee all preparatory work for offline events, including coordinating resources across channels, setting up event venues, preparing materials, managing product transportation, and coordinating the team. Manage the event on-site to ensure the successful execution of offline activities.

- Market Analysis and Campaign Planning:

Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, identify market hotspots, and deconstruct brand campaigns to develop and plan offline marketing strategies, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness in event execution.

- Time-Sensitive Event Planning:

Create and implement marketing event plans and goals based on different timelines and key milestones, and drive and execute related offline activities.

- Effectiveness Tracking and Optimization:

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of events, collect and organize feedback, analyze event data, summarize results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future activities.

- Integration with Online Marketing:

Plan offline events in coordination with online marketing timelines and promotional rhythms.

- Product and Competitor Research:

Conduct research and analysis on the marketing selling points of promotional products and the marketing activities of competitors.

- Review and Analysis:

Review promotional resources, costs, effectiveness, and experiences, and provide a summary analysis to improve future events.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay: $18-$23 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday with 0.5 hour for lunch from 12pm – 12:30 pm. Occasional weekends and afterhours depending on events.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in event planning and coordination.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility and willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

- Comfortable with public speaking and wrangling volunteers.

- Able to navigate challenging situations and pivot as needed

Ability to Commute: GA
