Knowledgeable of process drawings and measuring methods,i.e.diameters and taper, roundness, perpendicularity, uneven thickness, parallelism, opticalcomparatorsand go/no-go gauging; Working knowledge of the use of measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, block gauges and dial gauges; Collect applicable data for quality tracking such as SPC charts. Analyze data and make machine adjustments to correct production problems; Change tool holders and inserts as necessary; adjust peripheral tooling such as chutes,loadersand orienting devices; Complete daily manufacturing reports; Check and measure parts per work instructions; Keep work area clean and orderly; Participate in Kaizen activities; Develop a working knowledge of thedifferent typesof bearings, applications, materials, manufacturing methods as well as the names of the bearings; Obtainfork liftlicense and be able to operatefork liftin a safe and efficient manner; Package finished work as per the packaging instructions in a safe and efficient manner; Perform other duties as assigned by their designated Supervisor or Lead Person. Must be willing and flexible to work anyshift.
