TransForce is hiring full-time CDL B drivers in Springdale, AR .

Position Highlights:

• Pay : $23 per hour
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Equipment :
• F-550 straight truck with flatbed or pickup truck with gooseneck trailer
• Freight : Waterworks supply (palletized freight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Handling : Load palletized freight onto trucks (driver loads, but does not unload, except for residential deliveries)
• Vehicle Operation :
• Drive an F-550 straight truck with flatbed or pickup truck with gooseneck trailer
• Strap and secure loads properly for safe transport
• Warehouse Support : Pull orders from the warehouse or pipe yard when not driving
• Customer Service : Occasional deliveries to residential customers (unloading required)
• Technology Use : Operate tablets, cargo logs, and other digital tools for tracking and delivery management

Requirements:

• CDL License : Valid Class B CDL
• Experience : Familiarity with DOT regulations and experience with flatbed operations (strapping required)
• Technology Skills : Ability to use cargo logs, tablets, and mobile devices for tracking and reporting
• Physical Requirements : Ability to load and secure freight using strapping methods
