Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead BCBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for working with children and a deep understanding of ABA principles. As the Lead BCBA, you will mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ABA programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Stay current with advancements in ABA practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification and LABA in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing ABA services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
