YOUR DAY AS AN HYBRID BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA

As an Hyrbrid Behavioral Analyst - BCBA, your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing supervision and training to support staff, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with guardians to build strong professional relationships. You'll collect and graph behavioral data, write complex behavior support plans, and communicate intervention techniques to direct care staff and families.
