We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented independent contractors with experience cleaning Airbnb properties to join our on-call housekeeping team. This role involves cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties for incoming guests.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean kitchen appliances and countertops.
• Stock the property with necessary supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
• Adhere to specific cleaning checklists and standards.
• Communicate effectively with property managers or owners to address any issues or concerns.
• Utilize our property management software (Housecall Pro) to efficiently manage tasks and report on job completion.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to reach various properties.
• Legal Documentation: Must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure high-quality cleaning standards.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Availability to work on an on-call basis, with varying schedules and short notice.
• Positive Attitude: A positive and can-do attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets to access and update job information on our property management software (Housecall Pro).
• Professional Appearance: Adherence to a strict all-black attire policy.
• Experience Cleaning Airbnb Properties: Preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

• Starting Hourly Rate: $15/hour
• Performance-Based Bonus: $20/hour if the job is completed successfully and the client is satisfied.
• Completion Bonus: A one-time bonus of $50 for successfully cleaning 10 Airbnb properties.
• Review Incentive: A $5 bonus for each positive Google review received from a client you're assigned.
• Daily Payout: Payments are processed daily.

Top performers will be rewarded with additional incentives, including:

• Priority Job Assignments: Preference for high-paying and desirable cleaning jobs.
• Potential for Full-Time Employment: Top-performing independent contractors may be offered a full-time position after a successful three-month trial period.
