Seeking a results driven Hotel General Manager with a hands-on style who can drive guest service and revenue growth! Hotel General Manager is responsible for a stunning branded select service hotel located on Lake Michigan.

Hotel General Benefits and Qualifications

• Competitive Salary of $70K - $85K plus bonus

Hotel General Manager Job Requirements

• Responsible for busy hotel property with seasonal spikes in occupancy
• Engage hotel brand to maximize revenue strategies to drive occupancy and rate
• Drive customer satisfaction scores through customer engagement and adherence to brand standards
