LHH seeks a Healthcare Recruiter in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals.
- Regularly report to the Head of HR with weekly progress updates.
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start dates.
- Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
- Make recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings.
- Follow up with applicants regarding their application status.
- Post job requisitions to both internal and external websites within approved budgets.
- Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure they meet licensing, certification, education, and experience requirements.
- Create and send internal status change letters to employees.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
- Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class team.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or related background in Human Resources.
- A minimum of two years of direct recruitment experience in the healthcare field, required.
- Familiarity with a variety of recruitment practices.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams and committees.

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $67,600.00 per year
