This leader possesses understanding of the field, a proven track record of driving sales, delivering on operation-excellence through metrics, and exceptional leadership skills.
The Manager of Field Sales will oversee field sales activities, daily operations, and drive accountability for team performance for their assigned retail location and a local Service Center. This role will ensure that performance goals are met daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly while effectively implementing Rivians brand culture. To be successful in this role, the Manager of Field Sales must have a customer-first approach, have a hunger for competitive sales, and thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
