Job Description

Role: ETL Tester (AWS)

Location: Reston, VA / Plano, TX (hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Skills required:

• Seeking candidate with strong SQL skills, writing queries, testing backend data as it flows from upstream to downstream and AWS experience (S3 / RedShift).

MUST HAVE experience with source to target mapping, and SQL querying:

• Must have strong SQL query creation and manipulation skills.
• Must have strong XML generation and manipulation skills.
• Must have strong experience with JSON and/or XML files – validate documents.

AWS:

• Experience testing data as it moves through AWS ecosystem. S3 is unstructured data & RedShift is structured (post processed data).
• Any HIVE experience is preferred – taking raw data from HIVE to RedShift / Tableau – not required.
• Understanding of DB and Data warehousing concepts.
• AWS experience (S3/RDS/Redshift/Glue/Lambda etc.).
