The Connection , a community-based nonprofit organization in Summit, NJ, is looking for a Part Time ESL Program Director to join our team. The Connection’s ESL program is volunteer instructor based and includes adult student learners of all ages from all over the world. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the ESL program, ensuring a positive learning environment for students. Recruit and retain volunteer instructors. Coordinate class schedules and curriculum in alignment with the Summit, NJ school calendar. Qualifications: Experience volunteering for or managing an ESL program is a plus. Experience working with volunteers, including recruitment and retention. Hours: This is a 10 month position that follows the Summit, NJ school calendar. Typically a 10-15 hour a week position, all classes meet for two hours (AM) Monday- Thursday and two hours (PM) on Monday evenings.
