Job Description

  • oordinate assigned gaming related promotions including the planning, organizing, and management of promotions within the facility to provide the highest degree of quality guest service, both internally and externally.
  • Emcee drawings, giveaways, and special events via microphone system to both small and large live audiences while creating an exciting atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist in the execution of casino promotions and player development events. Ensure objectives and budgets are being met.
  • Direct support staff, contractors, and vendors as necessary to successfully accomplish promotions and entertainment needs.
  • Coordinate event needs with Food & Beverage, IT, Security, Players Club, and other requested services offered.
  • Generate all necessary material requests, check requests, and support material to ensure all invoices are paid promptly.
  • Communicate all details of special events to the Marketing Director.
  • Meet with the Food and Beverage and Marketing departments on a regular basis to ensure all special events and promotions are being carried out properly.
  • Write and edit copy; proofread marketing materials for accuracy.
  • Assist with executing Entertainment Riders.
  • Coordinate ticket on-sale dates for Ticketmaster with the Marketing Director
  • Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs to guests.
  • Stock and ensure Green Room is adequately kept
  • Assist the Marketing Director with booking and executing National and Regional Entertainment Acts.
  • Oversee reporting for ticket sales and day of sales in the box office.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in weekly entertainment coordination.
  • Develops and builds relationships with guests through excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service.
  • Meet with other departments to ensure their marketing needs are met.
  • Various administrative responsibilities.
  • Positive team moral and works well with others
  • Ability to work well in crowds on microphone and engage patrons on the floor
  • Provide "Vibe Checks" for the Gaming Floor and Event Center to ensure all signage, digitals, lighting, volume and TV's are functioning
  • Other duties as assigned
