Role: Copywriter

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-9 Months Part Time 15hr/wk

• Crafting Marketing Copy: Writing persuasive and engaging content tailored to different marketing channels (social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, radio scripts) while maintaining the brand voice and adhering to messaging guidelines.
• Collaborating with Marketing Teams: Working closely with marketing, design, and producer teams to align on campaign objectives, target audience insights, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and refining copy for clarity, grammar, tone, and alignment with brand standards, ensuring all deliverables are error-free and ready for publication.
• Adapting Content for Multiple Platforms: Tailoring copy for specific channel requirements (e.g., character limits for social media, compliance for email marketing, concise messaging for digital display, etc.) to maximize impact and engagement.
• Monitoring and Iterating on Performance: Analyzing how copy performs (e.g., open rates for emails, click-through rates on ads) and making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics to improve future content.

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Agile Experience 2 Years minimum
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (5 years)
• Retail Marketing expertise (2 years)
• Retail marketing channel specific expertise (2 years)
