Overview :We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Gallaghers relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will support the senior servicing staff/service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will promote the value Gallagher delivers to clients.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the commercial (property/casualty) environment. Valid commercial (property/casualty) license.
Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
