About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their dynamic team and drive impactful change. This executive leadership role is a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to the development of organizational strategy, and leading the human resources and diversity and inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing HR goals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining the organization's commitment to a culture of excellence and compassion. Key responsibilities include talent assessment, succession planning, budgeting, and the design and continuous improvement of HR systems. The CPO will also be a champion for the company's values, representing the HR function both internally and externally. Candidates for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' of experience, and at least 7 years' in a management role. A Master's degree and SPHR/SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred. The role requires experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and a proven track record of leading and managing HR projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships, be a mentor to high-potential talent, and have a background in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. The CPO will also be responsible for overseeing investigations and ensuring that the HR team is empowered to support the organization's mission and strategic goals.
