If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to work at their production facility. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing ( is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and working with soil. Shifts are Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday from 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day

• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands

• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures (there may be some work outdoors)

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to take direction

• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds

• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation

• Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 8 am )

• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed cannabis operation after the completion a background check, including fingerprinting.
