Toyota of Clermont is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to lead our Business Development Center. This individual will be responsible for hiring, managing, and training up to 10 team members who handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the sales department. Knowledge of automotive industry preferred although not required Sales skills in a team environment Sales management and human relations skills Ability to drive performance through the creation of productive and fun work environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of the automotive industry Proficient computer skills Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM (if staffing issues) Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.
