Job description
Full-time BCBA/LABA position in the Boston and surrounding areas!

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols, assisting in client intake and assessments, and the direct implementation of individualized treatment plans/behavior protocols. The BCBA is also responsible for providing direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
What we are looking for:
Must be certified by and in good standing with the BACB
Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with clients, families, co-workers and other stake-holders, including schools and community service providers
Compassionate and caring; Passionate about the opportunity to improve the lives of others.
Effective, clinical judgement and insight
Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred
Open to recent graduates-we provide extensive training and supervision to new BCBAs!

Minimum Qualifications:
BCBA certification in good standing
LABA in good standing
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience with children with autism or related developmental disabilities.

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000 per year based on experience
