Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Attorney with a focus on Family Law. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented lawyer who has a deep understanding of legal procedures and a strong commitment to client service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of family law matters including child custody, postnuptial agreements, prenuptial agreements, adoption, child and spousal support, and divorce law. Responsibilities:
- Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including but not limited to child custody, postnuptial agreements, prenuptial agreements, adoption, child and spousal support, and divorce law.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated legal professionals.
- Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development initiatives.

Job Details Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing family law.
- Proven experience in child custody, postnuptial agreements, prenuptial agreements, adoption, child and spousal support, and divorce law.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
- An empathetic approach to clients facing emotional and complex family law matters.
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and passion for the legal profession.
