YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Your primary responsibilities will include performing full grooms, bathing, and nail care for our beloved furry clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in giving them the perfect haircut, ensuring their coats are clean and shiny, and providing essential nail care to keep them looking and feeling their best. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment within our SPAW, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of both our furry friends and our team members. You will also be responsible for charting and effectively communicating with our Client Services Team, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and the grooming needs of our clients are met. With a team of Pet Care Technicians and Client Service Specialists handling support and administrative tasks, you can dedicate more attention to grooming!
