An internship at Roper St. Francis Healthcare will provide you with invaluable insight into the workings of our integrated, not-for-profit healthcare system.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration) with a graduation date later than August 2025Current graduate student at an accredited college with a graduation date later than August 2025.Master's level student pursuing a Master of Health Administration degree (MHA, MHSA, MBA)Strong academic performance with a minimum current GPA of 3.5Demonstrated interest in healthcare and healthcare administrationExperience: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Previous internship or work experience in healthcare or related fields is advantageousLicensure/Certification: NAPrimary Source Verification (if applicable): N/AKnowledge/Skills: Ability to use computer programs. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Must have strong attention to detail and able to perform data entry with high accuracy. Willingness to learn and ask questions to enhance the development process.Other: Intern expectations include self-directed learning; independently seeking learning opportunities and feedback, problem-solving thinking, and adaptability.
